Step learn – make duplicate image(R-click and select duplicate layer)
2.go to filter – liquidfy- and stretch the image
3.use mask(when you use mask then please be sure that you forgroud color in black and background color in white.
4.select brust or paint bucket tool (G) make sure forground color black then use on stretch image
stretch image became invisible
5.then select white color (forground) brush to visible which area you want
